This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Member" or "You") and Hunter Donia LLC ("Company", "we", or "us"), regarding participation in the Modern Stylist Movement ("MSM" or "Program").
By enrolling in MSM, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement, and are enrolling for use within your own individual professional capacity. You agree to the following terms and conditions:

We rely on our third-party platform to send a 7-day renewal reminder email, but we cannot guarantee delivery due to email service limitations and spam filtering. It remains your responsibility to track your renewal date and cancel before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to renew.
Cancellations must be submitted by emailing support@hunterdonia.com.
If your renewal has already processed and you had not initiated cancellation previously, you may request a goodwill refund within 48 hours of the charge by emailing support@hunterdonia.com. Any such refund is granted at the Company's sole discretion and is not guaranteed. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
All sales are final.
MSM is a zero-tolerance space. We reserve the right to immediately remove members for behavior including, but not limited to:
We define and interpret these behaviors at our sole discretion. If you are removed for misconduct, no refund will be issued.
By enrolling, you agree not to make false, defamatory, or maliciously misleading public statements about Hunter Donia LLC, the Modern Stylist Movement, any MSM team member, coach, or expert, MSM content or services, or other MSM members. This includes posts on social media, podcast mentions, reviews, and private or public forums.
Nothing in this Section restricts your right to share honest opinions, accurate descriptions of your own experiences with the Program, or feedback to regulators, law enforcement, or in connection with any legal proceeding. This Section prohibits only statements that are knowingly false, defamatory, or made with reckless disregard for the truth. If you have a concern, we encourage you to contact us directly at support@hunterdonia.com first.
By participating in MSM, you grant Hunter Donia LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any statements, feedback, comments, reviews, or other content you provide about the Company, the Program, Hunter Donia, or any related services — whether submitted in writing, verbally during calls, or posted in the MSM community — as testimonials, case studies, or marketing materials.
This includes the right to use your first and last name, likeness, and professional title in connection with such content across any medium, including but not limited to social media, the Company website, email marketing, advertising, and podcast content. No additional permission or compensation is required.
If you do not wish to be identified, you may notify support@hunterdonia.com in writing, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to anonymize future uses of your content, though previously published materials may remain in circulation.
By providing your phone number during enrollment or at any point during your membership, you consent to receive communications from Hunter Donia LLC via SMS text message and/or phone call, including account verification, billing notifications, membership updates, promotional offers, and event announcements.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or by emailing support@hunterdonia.com. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect transactional communications related to your account, billing, or security.
All content included within the Program is the property of Hunter Donia LLC and is protected by United States Copyright, Trademark, Patent, and other related laws. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, transfer or sell, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content. Your use of the Program does not entitle you to ownership of any protected content.
Strictly prohibited sharing includes but is not limited to: resource documents, videos, transcriptions, call replays, calculators and tools, support bot, calendar links, virtual call links, and community forum content.
You agree to pay liquidated damages of five (5) times the total price for the Program, or a minimum of $10,000, whichever is greater, in the event of unauthorized use, in addition to any legal or equitable remedies. The parties acknowledge that actual damages from unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of the Program would be difficult or impossible to calculate, and that the foregoing amount is a reasonable pre-estimate of the harm the Company would suffer — not a penalty. The Company may obtain injunctive or other equitable relief without the requirement for bond or proof of actual damages. Any unauthorized use or distribution may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund. To the extent any portion of this Section is found unenforceable in a given jurisdiction, the remaining provisions and the Company's other legal and equitable remedies shall remain in full force.
You are granted a single non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program for your personal, non-commercial use or for use within your own individual business only. For any other use, contact support@hunterdonia.com.
Your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of commitment. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. Testimonials and case studies are exceptional results and are not intended to represent or guarantee that any particular individual will achieve the same or similar results. The Company does not make any representations about potential earnings or financial results.
Links to third-party products or services are subject to separate terms. The Company is not responsible for third-party content or actions. While we strive for uninterrupted service, access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
The Program and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Program, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of Hunter Donia LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, coaches, guest experts, or affiliates for any and all claims arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Program exceed the total amount actually paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and survives termination of this Agreement.
While we make every effort to protect your personal information, transmissions over the internet are not guaranteed to be 100% secure. By transmitting information to the Company, you do so at your own risk.
The Company takes member privacy seriously. By participating in the Program, you agree to keep all information about other participants, their businesses, clients, or employees strictly confidential except as required by law.
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The place of arbitration shall be Lancaster, Pennsylvania. You waive the right to class-action lawsuits or jury trials. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. The state and federal court nearest to Lancaster, Pennsylvania shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration provisions.
The Program is administered from the USA. If you access it from outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hunter Donia LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to your use of the Program, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemic, governmental actions, or telecommunication failures.
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior communications, oral or written.
The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to the address on file or through an in-Program notice before the changes take effect for existing members. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of an updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to a material change, your sole remedy is to cancel your membership in accordance with Section 3 before the changes take effect.
Any failure by the Company to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
By enrolling in MSM, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement, you agree to all terms including future updates, and you acknowledge this is a legally binding agreement.
